You have duly filled your sender profile, you are required to fill in your company’s information.
By logging in again with your username and password, you will have access to your order history, invoices, and you will be able to manage your shipment history.
If the collection venue or your company’s address has been changed since your last order, you may include a new collection venue (printer, carrier or other…) and select the appropriate address in accordance with your transaction.
Once the order has been validated and the payment processed, you will receive:
Your invoice
The technical information sheet(s) to be forwarded to your carrier or printer.
The pallet record sheet(s) to be forwarded to your carrier or printer.
You may also opt to provide us with an additional e-mail address entitled “technical support”, destined to receive delivery of all documents relating to technical and financial details.
All information submitted is strictly confidential and may only be modified by you or a third party to whom you have entrusted your username and password.
Once your mailshots are delivered, you will automatically receive a proof of delivery.
